Conference Registration Fees
We are pleased to announce the NPEA member conference fee will remain at $695, one of the lowest fees for similar conferences in our industry. As in the past, we welcome guests and invite them to attend the Saturday reception, Sunday and Tuesday dinners, and Sunday trolley tour event. The guest fee for those functions is $260.
The Benson Hotel, located in the heart of downtown, is Portland's Grand Hotel and will host the 2014 NPEA Annual Conference. The hotel is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a Portland landmark. The Benson celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2012 and has welcomed every President since William Howard Taft, as well as many world leaders and celebrities. The hotel was voted a "Top Travel Destination" by Frommer's Travel Guides and "Best of the West" Outstanding Meeting Facility by Meetings West Magazine.

Fly into Portland International Airport (PDX). The hotel is located 10 miles from the Portland International Airport (PDX), with transportation to the hotel by MAX light rail for $2.50 one way or an airport shuttle for $14 one way and $24 round trip.
Open to all conference participants without separate registration or additional fee.
