Jeff Pabst

Jeff Pabst is the Education & Outreach Coordinator for the Missouri Local Government Employees Retirement System (LAGERS). LAGERS provides disability, survivor and retirement defined benefit plans to more than 840 political subdivisions in Missouri. LAGERS serves more than 65,000 active, former and retired members.

As the Education & Outreach Coordinator, he is responsible for development and management of LAGERS’ member, employer, and retiree education programs. In addition, he is responsible many of LAGERS’ communication initiatives including website, social media and mass communication.

Jeff has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri and a Master’s in Business Administration from William Woods University in Fulton, Missouri. Along with his formal education, he has earned the Certified Retirement Counselor (CRC) designation from the International Foundation on Retirement Education through Texas Tech Center for Financial Responsibility.

While away from work, Jeff loves spending his time with his wife, Kara and two children, Olivia and William.
