User Stories for Communications Managers
When agencies face a PAS replacement or upgrade – they face many important and complex decisions. Often, the communications team becomes involved only after the main development is done. You end up rushing into production messaging that is impersonal, ineffective and hard to change. Your new PAS will likely include features for email, print & mail management, content creation and secure messaging. Seize the moment! Participate in writing requirements that promote the importance of communications and ensure that the tools you need for your daily work are included in the PAS changes. This session focuses on writing effective user stories for the RFP to make sure you get what your team needs.
