Ronda Peterson

Ronda Peterson currently serves on a part-time basis as a financial education professional with the MO 457 Deferred Compensation Plan, which is a defined contribution plan administered by the Missouri State Employees’ Retirement System (MOSERS). She assists employees with determining individual retirement goals and strategies.

Her first tenure in the public pension industry included more than 21 years of service with the Public School and Education Employee Retirement Systems of Missouri (PSRS/PEERS). As the Administrator of Member Education, she played an integral role in the creation of a comprehensive education program that served members statewide and at all career stages. She also served eight years as the Director of Member Services prior to retiring from PSRS/PEERS in 2017.

Ronda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Lincoln University, and a Graduate Certificate in Personal Financial Planning from Kansas State University. She has been involved with NPEA since 2001, and served on the Board from 2013 through 2021.
