Topic: Consultant to Design Paper Forms
Your Question/Comment: We're in the process of redesigning our retirement application package. As part of that effort we're considering issuing an RFP for consulting services in order to find a firm with experience in developing paper forms. As much as anything, we're looking for a check on the work we've done in-house for ever, to see whether a professional would have a completely different take. Does anyone have experience with hiring a consultant/design firm for work like this?
