We are doing some very early research on offering a system wide supplemental plan (supplemental plans are currently handled by individual employers) and we are also researching auto enrollment into those plans.
I am interested in hearing from any systems that currently manage the supplemental plan for their employers and am particularly interested if you also auto-enroll members into the plan. I would love to hear some basic information about your plans. Also, does anyone have a model that forecasts the gap between estimated pension percentage and the percentage income members wish to replace in retirement?
