Colin Bishop

Colin Bishop is the Chief of Member Services for the San Bernardino County Employees’ Retirement Association (SBCERA). He is responsible for all of SBCERA’s member and retiree services, as well as communications with the more than 40-thousand members of SBCERA.

Prior to joining SBCERA in May 2019, Colin served as Member Services Manager for the Contra Costa County Employees’ Retirement Association (CCCERA), where he was responsible for enrollments, member records, reciprocity, and the processing of employee and employer contributions. Prior to CCCERA, he worked in communications for the San Mateo County Employees’ Retirement Association (SamCERA) for more than six years.

Colin has a Bachelor’s Degree from U.C. Berkeley, and a Master’s Degree from Indiana
