Jeff Pabst

Jeff Pabst brings a wealth of experience with 15 years of experience in pension administration as the Education & Outreach Manager at the Missouri Local Government Employees Retirement System (LAGERS). LAGERS is a provider of disability, survivor, and retirement defined benefit plans, catering to over 870 political subdivisions in Missouri and serving more than 68,000 active, former, and retired members.

In his role as the Education & Outreach Manager, Jeff is tasked with the development and oversight of LAGERS’ educational initiatives for members, employers, retirees and prospective employers. Additionally, he plays a crucial role in fostering strong partnerships with statewide associations in Missouri that share similar memberships.

Jeff holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri, and a Master’s in Business Administration from William Woods University in Fulton, Missouri. Complementing his formal education, he has earned the Certified Retirement Counselor (CRC) designation from the International Foundation on Retirement Education through Texas Tech Center for Financial Responsibility.
