USA Today, US News, and Travel and Leisure all recommend visiting Nashville in the fall. Our timing appears to be spot on for the annual conference October 14-18, 2017 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Nashville Downtown.
Nashville is the capital of Tennessee and home to Vanderbilt University. It has certainly earned its “Music City” moniker as the home of such iconic music venues as the Grand Ole Opry House, the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, historic Ryman Auditorium, and RCA Studio B. The District downtown features honky-tonks with live music and the Johnny Cash Museum celebrating the singer’s life.
The DoubleTree is conveniently located just eight miles from Nashville International Airport (BNA). Did you know the Nashville International Airport was the first airport in the country to allow ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft to operate on the property? Guests arriving by air may use the following link for information on ground transportation here.
Cutoff for hotel reservations is Monday, September 11, 2017. The conference rate of $225 is available to NPEA attendees from October 11 – October 22, 2017 if you would like to extend your stay. Please click here for online hotel reservations.
You can expect average temps to range from the low 50s to low 70s, so be sure to pack some layers or a light jacket. Nashville is filled with historic, cultural and musical attractions, and the DoubleTree by Hilton Nashville Downtown is close to the action, so we also recommend you bring some comfortable walking shoes (or your favorite cowboy boots).
